We're team VESSEL. Our goal is to improve vascular grafts by electrospinning silk fibroin to seek further exploration into how biochemical modulation of the grafts can increase both the mechanical and biological functions of these grafts, allowing them to approach the effectiveness of the gold standards for bypass surgery.
